Startup UCLA Presents: An Intellectual Property Workshop
This hour-long presentation consists of a comprehensive overview of the basics of intellectual property (IP) law relating to start-ups, including copyright, patent, trademark and trade secret law. It will discuss common pitfalls and mistakes that start-ups make relating to IP protection, and how to use IP concepts to best protect your startup’s value.
