Product Talk with Greg Buckner/Carbon Five

Greg Buckner is a web developer and two-time startup founder. He has a passion for teaching with three years experience leading one of the best reviewed courses at General Assembly. Greg currently works as a software developer at Carbon Five, an agile product design and development firm in Santa Monica, and pursues lots of fun projects on the side.

“Agile” is a method that aims for flexible and interactive development within product management across the design, engineering, and technology of a product. While companies such as Amazon and Microsoft use Agile, smaller companies tend to shy away from this service. In this talk, we’re going to discuss Agile and its benefits for any startup. Then we’ll go through some strategies anyone can use to move faster.
